We provide administrative coordination and case management services that connect individuals with independently licensed tax professionals — Enrolled Agents, Certified Public Accountants, and tax attorneys.

We are not a tax firm, CPA firm, law firm, or tax preparation service. We do not provide tax advice, tax preparation, or IRS representation. Those services are provided by independently licensed professionals engaged separately with clients.

  • We do not currently accept document uploads through this website

We never:

  • Request or accept tax documents through this website during the launch stage
  • Use your information for advertising targeting by third parties

Storage & Security

Intake information is transmitted through a Cloudflare Worker and stored using Google Workspace. We use reasonable access controls, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

While we take reasonable security measures, no internet transmission is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable California law.

Brokentoy LLC is not a tax return preparer and does not currently accept tax documents through this website.
