Plain-language summary: Tax Allstars (operated by Brokentoy LLC) collects information you provide to coordinate your case with licensed tax professionals. We store it securely, share it only with your assigned professional, and never sell it. Tax documents you submit are handled under strict access controls and IRS Section 7216 consent.
This Privacy Policy describes how Brokentoy LLC ("we," "us," "our"), operating the Tax Allstars service brand, collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use our website at taxallstars.com and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By using our Services or submitting an intake form, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Who We Are
Tax Allstars is a service brand operated by Brokentoy LLC, a California limited liability company. We provide administrative coordination and case management services that connect individuals with independently licensed tax professionals — Enrolled Agents, Certified Public Accountants, and tax attorneys.
We are not a tax firm, CPA firm, law firm, or tax preparation service. We do not provide tax advice, tax preparation, or IRS representation. Those services are provided by independently licensed professionals engaged separately with clients.

Tax Document Handling
This section is important. If you upload or share tax documents — including W-2s, 1099s, IRS transcripts, prior tax returns, IRS notices, or financial statements — specific handling rules apply.
What Documents May Be Submitted
- Prior-year tax returns (federal and state)
- IRS notices and correspondence
- IRS account transcripts
- W-2s, 1099s, and other income statements
- Financial statements, bank statements, or asset documentation
- Any other documents relevant to your IRS resolution case
How Tax Documents Are Stored
Tax documents are stored in a Google Workspace-based secure document vault operated by Brokentoy LLC. Each client's documents are stored in a dedicated, isolated folder within the vault. Access to your folder is restricted as follows:
- Brokentoy LLC administrative staff — limited to file organization and document request coordination. Coordinators do not interpret or act on tax content.
- Your assigned licensed professional — receives access to your specific case folder upon engagement. No other professionals have access to your documents.
- No other parties — documents are not accessible to other clients, contractors, or third parties.
Access Control and Revocation
Document access for your assigned licensed professional is revoked when your case is closed. After case closure, only Brokentoy LLC administrative staff retain access for the retention period described below.
Retention Period for Tax Documents
Tax documents and case files are retained for seven (7) years following case closure, consistent with IRS recordkeeping standards. After the retention period, files are permanently deleted. You may request earlier deletion of documents you uploaded (subject to any active case requirements) by contacting us at the address below.
