Who We Are

Tax Allstars is a service brand operated by Brokentoy LLC, a California limited liability company. Tax Allstars contracts with clients for defined tax services and delivers professional tax work through qualified independent tax professionals, including Enrolled Agents, Certified Public Accountants, and tax attorneys when appropriate.

Non-credentialed Tax Allstars personnel handle intake, billing, scheduling, workflow, and support. They do not provide tax advice, prepare or sign returns, represent clients before tax agencies, or override the assigned professional's judgment. Tax Allstars is not a CPA firm or law firm.

• Description of your IRS situation (type of issue, estimated balance owed, unfiled return status)
• IRS notice information (notice numbers, dates, agency involved)
• We do not currently accept document uploads through this website
• Communications you send us via email or contact forms

If you become a client, send sensitive documents only through the approved secure process provided for your matter. Tax Allstars does not currently operate a document-upload feature on this website and does not accept tax documents through this intake form.

We do not use your information for purposes beyond those described above without your explicit consent.

• A qualified tax professional or professional firm — when reasonably necessary to evaluate, assign, or perform requested services and as permitted by the applicable consent and engagement documents.
• Service providers — Cloudflare processes intake requests, Google Workspace stores intake records, and email services may send notifications.
• Legal authorities — if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Brokentoy LLC or others.

We never:

• Sell your personal information to any third party
• Request or accept tax documents through this website intake form
• Use your information for advertising targeting by third parties
• Share information with other clients or case files

Storage & Security

Intake information is transmitted through a Cloudflare Worker and stored using Google Workspace. We use reasonable access controls, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

• Role-based access controls — only authorized personnel access client data
• Encryption in transit — all data transfers use TLS encryption

While we take reasonable security measures, no internet transmission is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable California law.

To request earlier deletion of your personal information, see the California Rights section below or contact us directly.

IRS Section 7216 — Tax Information Consent

Federal law may specially restrict the use and disclosure of tax return information. The website intake is not intended for tax returns or other sensitive tax documents. Where a separate consent is legally required for the use or disclosure of tax return information, Tax Allstars or the assigned professional will request it separately.

Your intake acknowledgement allows Brokentoy LLC to:

• Store your basic intake and contact information
• Share basic information with a qualified professional when reasonably necessary to evaluate or assign the matter

You may withdraw this permission by contacting us, though withdrawal may affect our ability to evaluate your request or provide services. Withdrawal does not affect disclosures already made with permission or as otherwise allowed by law.
