This Privacy Policy describes how Brokentoy LLC ("we," "us," "our"), operating the Tax Allstars service brand, collects, uses, stores, and discloses information when you use our website at taxallstars.com and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using our Services or submitting an intake form, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

Who We Are

Tax Allstars is a service brand operated by Brokentoy LLC, a California limited liability company. Tax Allstars contracts with clients for defined tax services and delivers professional tax work through qualified independent tax professionals, including Enrolled Agents, Certified Public Accountants, and tax attorneys when appropriate.

Non-credentialed Tax Allstars personnel handle intake, billing, scheduling, workflow, and support. They do not provide tax advice, prepare or sign returns, represent clients before tax agencies, or override the assigned professional's judgment. Tax Allstars is not a CPA firm or law firm.

What We Collect

Information You Provide Directly

• Name, email address, phone number, and state of residence
• Description of your IRS situation (type of issue, estimated balance owed, unfiled return status)
• IRS notice information (notice numbers, dates, agency involved)
• We do not currently accept document uploads through this website
• Communications you send us via email or contact forms
• Consent timestamps and records

Information Collected Automatically

• IP address and approximate geographic location
• Browser type, device type, and operating system
• Pages visited, time on site, and referral source
• Form interaction data (for fraud prevention and quality assurance)

Information from Third Parties

We may receive limited information from advertising platforms or referral partners that directed you to our site, such as a campaign identifier. We do not purchase consumer data from data brokers.

Tax Document Handling

Where Sensitive Documents Should Go

If you become a client, send sensitive documents only through the approved secure process provided for your matter. Tax Allstars does not currently operate a document-upload feature on this website and does not accept tax documents through this intake form.

How We Use Your Information

We do not use your information for purposes beyond those described above without your explicit consent.

Information Sharing

We share your information with:

• A qualified tax professional or professional firm — when reasonably necessary to evaluate, assign, or perform requested services and as permitted by the applicable consent and engagement documents.
• Service providers — Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and processes intake requests, Google Workspace stores intake records, and Resend sends operational intake emails. These providers process information for us under their applicable terms and safeguards.
• Legal authorities — if required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of Brokentoy LLC or others.

We never:

• Sell your personal information to any third party
• Request or accept tax documents through this website intake form
• Provide the details typed into your intake form to advertising platforms for audience targeting
• Share information with other clients or case files

Storage & Security

Intake information is transmitted through a Cloudflare Worker, stored using Google Workspace, and used to send operational notifications through Resend. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.

• Access restrictions — intake records are limited to authorized personnel with a business need
• Encryption in transit — all data transfers use TLS encryption
• Form protections — server-side validation, automated-submission screening, and request throttling help reduce abuse
• Data minimization — this public form does not accept document uploads and instructs users not to submit highly sensitive records

While we take reasonable security measures, no internet transmission is completely secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable California law.

IRS Section 7216 — Tax Information Consent

Federal law may specially restrict the use and disclosure of tax return information. The website intake is not intended for tax returns or other sensitive tax documents. Where a separate consent is legally required for the use or disclosure of tax return information, Tax Allstars or the assigned professional will request it separately.

Your intake acknowledgement allows Brokentoy LLC to:

• Store your basic intake and contact information
• Share basic information with a qualified professional when reasonably necessary to evaluate or assign the matter

You may withdraw this permission by contacting us, though withdrawal may affect our ability to evaluate your request or provide services. Withdrawal does not affect disclosures already made with permission or as otherwise allowed by law.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA):

Right to Know

You may request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which it is used, and the categories of third parties with whom it is shared.

Right to Delete

You may request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

Right to Correct

You may request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

Right to Opt Out of Sale

We do not sell personal information. This right is not applicable, but we honor it in principle.

Cookies & Analytics

We use or may use cookies and similar technologies for the following limited purposes:

• Security and operations — Cloudflare may use cookies or similar signals needed to protect and deliver the website and prevent automated form abuse.
• Basic traffic measurement — infrastructure analytics may record page and device information so we can monitor reliability and aggregate site usage.
• Optional Google Analytics — if you select “Allow analytics,” Google Analytics uses first-party cookies to measure page visits, call-button clicks, and inquiries acknowledged by our intake system. Google receives standard browser/device information and events with the public page address, without URL query strings or fragments. We do not send form answers, contact details, tax amounts, or documents as event parameters. A call-button click does not tell us whether a call connected.

You can accept or decline optional Google Analytics and change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the website contact section. We remember that choice for 180 days. Google Analytics does not load before acceptance, and we keep it disabled when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Declining does not prevent calls or inquiries.

We do not currently use remarketing audiences or enhanced conversions, and we do not sell personal information. Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies, although security features may not work correctly if essential technologies are blocked. You may contact privacy@taxallstars.com with questions or requests about these practices.

Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will delete that information.

Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide notice via email to clients with active cases or via a notice on our website. Your continued use of our Services after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
