Things people ask before starting
You hire Tax Allstars for a defined tax service. The professional tax work is performed and controlled by the qualified independent professional assigned to your matter. Non-credentialed Tax Allstars staff handle intake, billing, scheduling, workflow, and support. Tax Allstars is not a CPA firm or law firm.
Tax Allstars gives you one company for scope, pricing, billing, workflow, and support, while preserving the assigned professional's control over tax advice and professional decisions.
When representation is included and authorized, the eligible professional assigned to your matter handles IRS contact and negotiation within the signed scope. That professional may use Form 2848 when appropriate. Non-credentialed Tax Allstars staff do not represent you or negotiate with the IRS.
Before assignment, we verify credentials relevant to the work and review experience, availability, and insurance. The professional must accept the specific work order and remains responsible for professional judgment.
Your written Tax Allstars service order states the scope and client price before payment. You pay Tax Allstars for the service. Tax Allstars separately pays the assigned professional. Tax payments owed to the IRS or a state agency are paid directly to that agency, never to Tax Allstars.
Do not submit tax documents, Social Security numbers, passwords, or account numbers through this website. After engagement, follow the approved secure-document instructions provided for your matter.
